The Miami Beach home of iconic fashion designer Gianni Versace is as glamorous as its owner despite ultimately becoming the location of his 1997 murder.
Recently on the market, and represented by Coldwell Banker Real Estate, the late designer Versace incorporated his artistic vision into the luxury mansion’s many expansions. The 10-bedroom, 11-bathroom, gated property is highlighted by a 54-foot long, thousand mosaic pool, lined in 24-karat gold, frescos, ornate statues and an open air courtyard. Versace both lived and died at the mansion, as he was tragically gunned down by Andrew Cunanan following a walk to pick up the morning papers on July 15, 1997.
